Nel settore Food & Beverage, automazione di linea e logistica interna sono sempre più strettamente connesse. Continuità produttiva, sicurezza, gestione efficiente degli spazi e controllo delle condizioni di stoccaggio sono elementi che incidono direttamente sull’efficienza dei processi. È con questa visione che E2Pack partecipa a Cibus Tec 2026, dove sarà presente al Padiglione 03 – Stand E 062 con soluzioni dedicate all’automazione del packaging e alla gestione dei materiali.
Tra le tecnologie protagoniste ci sarà EASYROCK™, il sistema automatico sviluppato per la rimozione del film dai pallet. Un’operazione ancora oggi spesso eseguita manualmente con cutter, lame e scale viene trasformata in un processo automatico e controllato. EASYROCK rileva dimensioni, configurazione e lavorabilità del carico e adatta autonomamente il ciclo alle diverse condizioni operative, con produttività comprese, in funzione della configurazione, tra 15 e 60 pallet all’ora. Il sistema utilizza una tecnologia di taglio a freddo con lama rotante motorizzata, evitando stress termici e getti d’aria ad alta pressione. Le traiettorie di taglio brevettate facilitano la rimozione del film e contribuiscono a preservare l’integrità dei prodotti e degli intercalari.
Accanto all’automazione di linea, E2Pack porterà in fiera anche l’esperienza Zecchetti nella logistica industriale, con un magazzino automatico verticale funzionante esposto allo stand. Il sistema applica il principio goods-to-person: è il materiale a raggiungere l’operatore, riducendo spostamenti e movimentazioni interne e concentrando elevate capacità di stoccaggio in un ingombro a terra contenuto. Nelle applicazioni in cui le condizioni di conservazione sono determinanti, i magazzini Zecchetti possono, inoltre, essere configurati per operare a temperatura controllata, con climatizzazione, coibentazione e componentistica dedicate al range termico richiesto.

With EASYROCK and Zecchetti automated vertical storage systems, E2Pack is bringing two practical solutions to Cibus Tec, designed to make production and logistics processes in the food & beverage industry more efficient and controlled
In the Food & Beverage industry, line automation and internal logistics are becoming increasingly interconnected. Production continuity, safety, efficient use of space, and control over storage conditions all have a direct impact on process efficiency. With this approach, E2Pack will be at Cibus Tec 2026, Hall 03 – Booth E 062, showcasing solutions for packaging automation and material handling.
Among the featured technologies will be EASYROCK™, the automatic system developed for pallet film removal. A task that is still often performed manually using box cutters, blades, and ladders is transformed into an automated, controlled process. EASYROCK detects pallet dimensions, load configuration, and whether the load can be processed, automatically adapting the cycle to different operating conditions, with throughput ranging from 15 to 60 pallets per hour depending on the configuration. The system uses cold-cutting technology with a motorized rotating blade, avoiding thermal stress and high-pressure air jets. Its patented cutting paths make the film easier to remove while helping preserve the integrity of both the products and the interlayers.
Alongside line automation, E2Pack will also bring Zecchetti’s industrial logistics expertise to the show, with a fully operational automated vertical storage system on display at the booth. The system is based on the goods-to-person principle: materials are brought directly to the operator, reducing travel and internal handling while providing high storage capacity within a compact footprint. For applications where storage conditions are critical, Zecchetti systems can also be configured for temperature-controlled operation, with climate control, insulation, and dedicated components tailored to the required temperature range.
