L’appuntamento internazionale del food service e dell’hospitality
Dal 21 al 25 gennaio 2027, Lione torna a essere la capitale mondiale del food service. Evento di fama mondiale, Sirha Lyon ha la capacità unica di riunire, nello stesso momento e nello stesso luogo, tutti i protagonisti dei settori della ristorazione, dell’hotellerie, della gastronomia e dell’hospitality: decision-maker, influencer, chef, brand, buyer e innovatori.
Nel 2025 ha accolto 257.363 professionisti, il 56% dei quali decision-maker e buyer, con l’Italia seconda tra i paesi visitatori dopo la Svizzera. Ad attenderli, 4.880 espositori e marchi e oltre 800 nuovi prodotti.
Nel 2027, Sirha Lyon si rinnova e, per la prima volta, apre la sua offerta a nuovi segmenti di mercato, con tre aree in forte crescita.
Debutta l’Hospitality Factory (Hall 7), una nuova area dedicata a design, arredo, customer experience, servizi e allestimento, pensata come luogo di incontro e business per albergatori, ristoratori, progettisti e investitori.
Altra grande novità è il Sirha Pizza World, un universo interamente dedicato al settore pizza, che riunirà offerta espositiva, ristorante e area contest in uno spazio pensato per valorizzare prodotti, competenze e protagonisti del settore.
Spazio anche al settore Liquid, con 4.000 m² dedicati a bevande, vini e spirits, caffè e nuove esperienze di degustazione, mettendo al centro prodotto, servizio e qualità premium.
A completare cinque giorni dedicati al futuro del settore, tornano anche le grandi competizioni internazionali: la Contest Arena ospiterà la finale mondiale della Coupe du Monde de la Pâtisserie (22-23 gennaio) e della Bocuse d’Or (24-25 gennaio), che per l’Italia sarà un appuntamento ancora più speciale: arriveremo a Lione dopo la medaglia di bronzo conquistata alle selezioni europee di Marsiglia!
Per fare networking c’è l’app Sirha Connect: nel 2025 si sono tenuti oltre 9.600 business meeting durante la fiera.

The international food service and hospitality event
From January 21 to 25, Lyon will become the world capital of food service. A world-renowned event, Sirha Lyon has the unique ability to bring together, at the same time and in the same place, all the key players in the restaurant, hotel, gastronomy, and hospitality sectors: decision-makers, influencers, chefs, brands, buyers, and innovators.
In 2025, it welcomed 257,363 professionals, 56% of whom were decision-makers and buyers, with Italy ranking second among visiting countries after Switzerland. Waiting for them, there were 4,880 exhibitors and brands and over 800 new products.
In 2027, Sirha Lyon will change and, for the first time, will expand its offerings to new market segments, with three rapidly growing areas.
The Hospitality Factory (Hall 7) makes its debut: a new area dedicated to design, furnishings, customer experience, services, and event setup, conceived as a meeting and business hub for hoteliers, restaurateurs, designers, and investors.
Another important addition is Sirha Pizza World, a space entirely dedicated to the pizza industry, which will combine an exhibition area, a restaurant, and a competition zone in a space designed to showcase the industry’s products, expertise, and key players.
There will also be a dedicated space for the Liquid sector, with 4,000 m² dedicated to beverages, wines and spirits, coffee, and new tasting experiences, placing a focus on products, service, and premium quality.
To round out five days dedicated to the future of the industry, major international competitions are also returning: the Contest Arena will host the world finals of the Coupe du Monde de la Pâtisserie (January 22–23) and the Bocuse d’Or (January 24–25), which will be an even more special event for Italy—we’ll be heading to Lyon after winning the bronze medal at the European qualifiers in Marseille!
