Marcatura, raggi X, pesatura dinamica e visione artificiale: al Pad. 02, Stand H 026 Nimax presenta una selezione di tecnologie per ridurre scarti, errori e non conformità nelle linee food & beverage
NIMAX si presenta a Cibus Tec 2026 con tecnologie che rispondono a tre esigenze molto concrete dei produttori del settore food & beverage: pesatura continua, rilevazione di contaminanti e difetti, marcatura leggibile e tracciabile.
Tra le soluzioni in mostra c’è Lumina, la selezionatrice ponderale sviluppata da Nemesis e distribuita da Nimax, pensata per applicazioni heavy duty. Il suo punto di forza è la rapidità nel cambio ricetta: con l’algoritmo EasyWeigh basta impostare peso target e cadenza produttiva per passare a una nuova preparazione senza fermi macchina prolungati.
È certificabile secondo la MID 2014/32/UE, conforme a OIML-R51 e la struttura in acciaio inox con protezione IP65/IP69K la rende adatta agli ambienti washdown.
Tra le novità presenti allo stand, per l’ispezione a raggi X, c’è Aicon Side Scan 1-View BV PCT, pensato per i contenitori verticali come barattoli, bottiglie, lattine e contenitori in PET, dove i punti più critici da controllare sono spesso i più difficili da vedere: il fondo, le pareti e l’area del tappo. La soluzione applica la Photon Counting Technology in una configurazione Side Scan, aumentando significativamente il livello di detezione.
Grazie alla maggiore sensibilità del PCT, il sistema 1-View BV arriva a superare le prestazioni di soluzioni standard anche multi-vista basate su tecnologia tradizionale, soprattutto nelle applicazioni più complesse come la ricerca di scaglie di vetro nei contenitori di vetro, mantenendo il massimo livello di detezione (POD) e il minimo tasso di falso scarto (FRR).
Sul fronte della codifica, una demo station mostrerà il marcatore laser UV Domino Ux360i, storico partner tecnologico di cui Nimax è distributore esclusivo in Italia. Il marcatore laser UV risponde a una richiesta sempre più diffusa nel packaging alimentare: marcare con precisione anche materiali sensibili, come pellicole, monoplastiche e substrati progettati per il riciclo. Supporta la serializzazione, la numerazione per lotto e la codifica 2D conforme a GS1.
Cibus Tec sarà anche l’occasione per presentare una novità destinata ad arricchire il portafoglio tecnologico di NIMAX.
Nello stesso periodo, Nimax sarà presente a tre importanti appuntamenti internazionali di riferimento per il settore: Cibus Tec in Italia, FoodTech in Danimarca e Pack Expo International a Chicago, a conferma della dimensione internazionale del gruppo. Il percorso di crescita internazionale proseguirà poi nel 2027, con la partecipazione ad Anuga FoodTec.

Coding, inspection and weighing for modern production lines
Coding and marking, X-ray inspection, dynamic checkweighing and machine vision: At Hall 2 – Stand H026, Nimax will showcase a selection of technologies designed to reduce waste, errors and non-conformities across food & beverage production lines
NIMAX will be at Cibus Tec 2026 with technologies addressing three key needs of food & beverage manufacturers: continuous weighing, contaminant and defect detection, and clear, traceable coding.
Among the solutions on display will be Lumina, the checkweigher developed by Nemesis and distributed by Nimax, designed for heavy-duty applications. One of its key strengths is fast product changeover: with the EasyWeigh algorithm, operators simply set the target weight and production speed to switch to a new product without prolonged production downtime.
The system is certifiable according to the MID 2014/32/EU Directive and complies with OIML R51 standards. Its stainless-steel construction, with IP65/IP69K protection, makes it suitable for washdown environments.
Among the new solutions presented at the stand for X-ray inspection will be the Aicon Side Scan 1-View BV PCT, designed for upright containers such as jars, bottles, cans and PET containers, where the most critical areas to inspect are often the most difficult to reach: the base, sidewalls and closure area. The system combines a Side Scan configuration with Photon Counting Technology, significantly enhancing detection performance.
Thanks to the increased sensitivity of PCT, the 1-View BV can outperform conventional multi-view systems based on traditional technology, particularly in demanding applications such as the detection of glass fragments in glass containers, while maintaining the highest Probability of Detection (POD) and the lowest False Reject Rate (FRR).
In the coding area, a demo station will showcase the Domino Ux360i UV laser marker. Domino is a long-standing technology partner of Nimax, which is its exclusive distributor in Italy. The UV laser marker addresses a growing requirement in food packaging: precise coding on sensitive materials such as films, mono-materials and substrates designed for recycling. It supports serialisation, batch numbering and GS1-compliant 2D coding.
Cibus Tec will also provide the opportunity to unveil a new solution set to further expand the NIMAX technology portfolio.
During the same period, Nimax will be present at three major international industry events: Cibus Tec in Italy, FoodTech in Denmark and PACK EXPO International in Chicago, highlighting the Group’s international reach. This international growth path will continue in 2027 with participation in Anuga FoodTec.
