وتتوفر في مجال التغليف الأولي مجموعة من المنتجات التي تجمع بين خبرة شركة فورباك “Fourpack” في ماكينات التغليف الأفقي (فلوباك) “flowpack” واكس-فولد “X-fold” وفي أنظمة الإمداد ذات الصلة، وبين الدراية التي طورتها شركة لايفتك في ماكينات لايف فلو “Liveflow”.
أما في مجال تشكيل الشوكولاتة، يوفر قسم لايف مولد “Livemould” للشركة، والذي يشمل أيضًا العلامة التجارية تشيدا “Ceda”، اليوم مختبرًا، حيث يمكن تجربة العمليات فيه مع العملاء بغرض تحديد الحلول المُثلى؛ كما سمحت المساحات الإنتاجية الواسعة للمجموعة بالتعبير عن قدراتها على أفضل نحو، مما سمح بتنفيذ خطوط تشكيل كاملة.
Livetech and the companies of its group operate as a unique team, capable of building complete lines.
The strength of the group comes from combining the advantage of a unique system engineering and the preservation of the know-how and specialization of each company: chocolate moulding, primary wrapping and secondary packaging. The starting points of each project are the features of the product and the functions required by its packaging.
A fundamental added value of the group is the study and definition of customized packaging and packing, with a focus on marketing, costs, automatic runnability and ecology.
The traditional field of Livetech, that is automatic systems for secondary packaging, now includes an expanded range of machines: robotic lines for secondary packaging, in the two versions X-Series (focused on high performances) and E-Series (focused on essentiality and energy saving); stand-alone machines; LPA gantry palletizing cells, capable of being accessorized in multiple configurations, accordingly to the different exigencies. A particular highlight on the LWA case-packer, capable of producing wrap-around and tray+hood boxes, and on the new multifunctional systems (with forming, filling and sealing of boxes) based on the concept of independent shuttles.
In the primary packaging field, it is available a range of products which gathers the experience of Fourpack in flow-wrapping and X-fold machines and the related feeding systems, and the know-how developed by Livetech in its Liveflow machines.
In chocolate moulding, in the the Livemould division, which includes also the Ceda brand, it is available a laboratory where, together with the customers, it is possible to test the processes in order to identify the best solutions; and the extended production facilities of the group has given the possibility to express its full potential, allowing the construction of complete moulding lines.
