Production and control
BEA Technologies does not only produce filter elements, but it also designs and manufactures them in strict compliance with current regulations. Microfiltration takes place in controlled environments to ensure the absence of contamination. Every stage, from intermediate inspections to final tests—carried out either on a sample basis or 100% of the production—is documented and archived, ensuring traceability and quality assurance.
Quality and traceability
The company’s quality system is certified according to ISO 9001 and ensures consistent standards and compliance with major regulations in the food and pharmaceutical sectors. Each batch is recorded at the time of shipment with a barcode that allows tracking of the entire production chain. Periodically, the Quality Department performs traceability checks on both finished products and raw materials, providing additional assurance for customers and markets.
Commitment to sustainability
In 2024, BEA Technologies was recognized among Italian companies awarded the “Sustainability Award” promoted by Kon Group, acknowledging companies capable of combining competitiveness and sustainability. BEA Technologies invests in renewable energy to reduce environmental impact; recently, it installed 700 square meters of solar panels on the roof of the new production unit to generate electricity from renewable sources. This path demonstrates that environmental protection and technological innovation are integral parts of the company’s development strategy.

قطاعات العمل
تتمتع الشركة بخبرة واسعة في العديد من القطاعات الاستراتيجية. ففي قطاع علوم الحياة تنتج الشركة مرشحات مخصصة للقطاع الصيدلاني، الطبي والمستحضرات التجميلية المنجزة في غرف نظيفة. وفي قطاع صناعات الأغذية والمشروبات تعمل على تطوير أنظمة ترشيح المستخدمة في تعبئة المشروبات وإنتاج الشراب. وأما في قطاع الهواء والغاز الصناعي فهي توفر حلول عالية الكفاءة قادرة على التخلص من الملوثات الصلبة، السائلة والهباء الجوي. وبينما تعمل في القطاع الصناعي على توفير عناصر الترشيح والأوعية لمجموعة واسعة من التطبيقات الصناعية، وأخيراً وليس أخراً، وذلك في قطاع الطاقة والنفط والغاز تنتج أنظمة أوتوماتيكية مصممة للمصافي والمصانع الكيميائية بناءً على المواصفات المحددة من قبل العملاء.
الإنتاج ومراقبة الانتاج
لا تقتصر شركة Bea Technologies على إنتاج عناصر الترشيح فحسب، بل تعمل على تصميمها وصناعتها، وذلك بالتقيد بشكل صارم بلوائح القوانين السارية المفعول. يتم تنفيذ عملية الترشيح الدقيقة في بيئات خاضعة للرقابة لغاية ضمان عدم وجود أي تلوث ويتم توثيق وحفظ كل مرحلة، ابتداءً من عمليات الفحص الوسيطة وحتى الاختبارات النهائية — التي يتم إجراؤها سواء بموجب اختبار العينات العشوائية أو عن طريق فحص 100% من الإنتاج — مما يضمن إمكانية التتبع وضمان الجودة.
الجودة وإمكانية التتبع
نظام جودة الشركة معتمد بموجب شهادة الأيزو ISO 9001 وهو يضمن اتساق المعايير والتوافق مع الأنظمة والقوانين الرئيسية لقطاعي الأغذية والصناعات الدوائية. إذ يتم تسجيل كل دفعة عند الشحن عن طريق رمز يسمح بتتبع سلسلة الإنتاج بأكملها. مع العلم أن قسم الجودة يعمل بشكل دوري على تنفيذ فحوصات تتعلق بإمكانية تتبع المنتج النهائي والمواد الخام كضمان إضافي للعملاء والأسواق.
الالتزام بالاستدامة
في عام 2024، تم إدراج شركة ضمن الشركات الإيطالية الحائزة على جائزة الاستدامة التي ترعاها مجموعة Kon Group، وهي تمثل مكافأة تقدير للشركات القادرة على الجمع ما بين التنافسية والاستدامة. مع العلم بأن BEA Technologies تستثمر في الطاقة المتجددة لغاية خفض الأثر البيئي؛ ففي الواقع لقد عملت الشركة مؤخراً على تركيب 700 متر مربع من الألواح الشمسية على سطح منشأة الإنتاج الجديدة لغرض توليد الكهرباء من مصادر متجددة. إذ يؤكد هذا النهج المتبع على أن حماية البيئة والابتكار التكنولوجي هما جزءان لا يتجزآن من استراتيجية تطوير الشركة.
