Denocciolatrice albicocche
Atlas Pacific presenta la macchina denocciolatrice per albicocche, un sistema multifunzionale progettato per orientare, tagliare e denocciolare albicocche con precisione. In grado di processare fino a 1.000 frutti al minuto, a seconda delle condizioni del frutto, eccelle nella produzione di metà albicocche di qualità da confezionamento.
La sua versatilità copre un’ampia gamma di dimensioni del frutto, da 1 1/4” (32 mm) a 2 1/4” (57 mm) di diametro. Completamente automatica, riduce al minimo il fabbisogno di manodopera. Grazie alla sua tecnologia avanzata di allineamento e alla delicata gestione del frutto, questa macchina massimizza la resa nella produzione di mezzi frutti di albicocca di alta qualità.
Sistema di alimentazione automatico
Le albicocche vengono alimentate dal nastro trasportatore del cliente nel sistema di alimentazione automatica di Atlas, composto da 3 componenti:
1. “Shaker”, che alimenta uniformemente i frutti nel nastro alimentatore.
2. Nastro alimentatore, che separa i frutti (singolarizzandoli) e alimenta le tasche di prelievo della ruota di alimentazione.
3. Ruote di alimentazione, che posizionano i frutti sui nastri di orientamento a V.
Una volta sui nastri di orientamento, dei bracci orientatori mobili, situati sopra il nastro, ruotano il frutto in modo che il diametro maggiore sia verticale e allineato lungo la sutura. Dopo l’orientamento, i nastri a V trasportano il frutto nell’area di taglio, composta da un sistema di coltelli dentellati flottanti, centrati sopra il nastro di orientamento. Il coltello dentellato si muove liberamente su e giù e può essere regolato per adattarsi alle variazioni di dimensione del frutto.

Apricot Pitter & Halver
Atlas Pacific presents the apricot Pitter & Halver, a multifunctional system designed to orient, slice, and pit apricots with precision. Capable of processing up to 1,000 pieces of fruit per minute, contingent upon fruit conditions, it excels in delivering grade pack quality apricot halves.
Its adaptability spans a wide spectrum of fruit sizes, from 1 1/4” (32mm) to 2 1/4” (57mm) diameter. Fully automatic, it minimizes labor requirements. With its advanced alignment technology and gentle fruit handling, this machine maximizes the yield of premium-quality halves.
Automatic feeding system
The apricots are fed from the customer’s feed conveyor into the Atlas automatic feed system that consists of 3 components:
1. Shaker, that evenly feeds the fruit into the feed worm
2. Feed worm, which space the fruit (singulate) and feed it into the pick-up pockets of the feed wheel
3. Feed wheels, which place the fruit on the V-Through orienting belts.
Once on the orienting belts the traveling orienting fingers, located above the belt, rotate the fruit so that the larger diameter is vertical and aligned along the suture. After orientation, The V-belts move the fruit to the cutting area, that consists of a floating serrated knife system centered over the orienting belt. The serrated knife moves up and down freely and can be adjusted to accommodate variation in fruit size.
