La nuova serie “HRS” va ad aggiungersi alle precedenti serie “Rapid” e Rapid Sanitaria”.
Wolhfarth è presente da oltre 50 anni sul mercato delle elettropompe per l’industria alimentare e farmaceutica e quest’ultimo prodotto si inserisce in un processo innovativo che ha coinvolto l’intero assetto aziendale. Nel contesto della “ripartenza” dopo la fase pandemica, Wolhfarth ha deciso di investire sul rinnovamento tecnologico, con l’installazione di nuove macchine a controllo numerico per la tornitura e la fresatura dei corpi pompa e dei particolari in acciaio, secondo i principi dell’industria 4.0. Queste macchine hanno permesso la realizzazione della nuova elettropompa, che non sarebbe stato possibile eseguire con macchine di vecchia generazione, inoltre il livello di finitura raggiunto è in alcuni casi addirittura superiore agli standard richiesti nell’industria alimentare e farmaceutica per le superfici a contatto con il prodotto.
La lettera “H” che precede il nome della serie precedente “RS” sta ad indicare l’elemento caratterizzante del prodotto: “H” sta per Hygienic, a sottolineare che il contenuto innovativo di questa pompa si concentra sulla sanificazione. La serie “HRS” è studiata infatti per il lavaggio automatico senza necessità di smontaggio ed è la prima pompa autoadescante a girante flessibile con queste caratteristiche.
Il sistema di drenaggio è molto particolare e innovativo perché queste pompe movimentano non solo liquidi, ma anche fluidi viscosi. Tutte le superfici interessate dal travaso sono lambite anche dai liquidi di lavaggio. La stessa pompa impiegata per il travaso di liquidi e fluidi di processo può essere utilizzata anche per le operazioni di lavaggio dell’impianto.
Ora Wolhfarth offre tre livelli di gamma, a seconda delle esigenze del cliente: “Rapid”, “Rapid Sanitaria”e “ Hygienic Rapid Sanitaria”

The new “HRS” series joins the previous “Rapid” and “Rapid Sanitaria” series.
Wolhfarth has been operating in the market for electric pumps for the food and pharmaceutical industries for over 50 years, and this latest product is part of an innovative process that has involved the entire company structure. As part of the “restart” after the pandemic, Wolhfarth has decided to invest in technological renewal, with the installation of new CNC machines for turning and milling pump bodies and steel parts, in accordance with the principles of Industry 4.0.
These machines have enabled the new pump to be manufactured, which would not have been possible with older generation machines. Furthermore, the level of finish achieved is in some cases even higher than the standards required in the food and pharmaceutical industries for surfaces in contact with the product.

The drainage system is extremely unique and innovative because these pumps move not only liquids, but also viscous fluids. All the surfaces affected by the transfer are also washed with cleaning liquids. The same pump used to transfer the liquids and process fluids can also be used for cleaning the system.
Wolhfarth now offers three levels in the range, depending on the customer’s needs: “Rapid”, “Rapid Sanitaria” and “Hygienic Rapid Sanitaria”.
