Con sede a Granarolo dell’Emilia, Tomace dispone di due officine con un reparto di verniciatura, uno di sabbiatura, un magazzino di stoccaggio per la merce e un reparto per il controllo qualità molto attento, il tutto coordinato dall’ufficio commerciale e amministrativo.
Il team tecnico è specializzato nell’individuare il giusto rivestimento sia per le esigenze di mercato che per ogni specifico cliente. Le tecnologie innovative gli permettono di offrire prestazioni superiori in resistenza chimica e termica, coefficiente d’attrito e adesione ai substrati. Quasi tutta la gamma di prodotti è regolata secondo le normative EU 1935 MOCA e American FDA. Si tratta di 90 tipi differenti di antiaderenti, lubrificanti a secco, prodotti ceramici, microsfere di vetro, e la nuova nanotecnologia applicabile su tutti i tipi di metalli. Inoltre, i rivestimenti antiaderenti, a basso coefficiente di attrito permettono ai macchinari di avere cicli di produzione più lunghi, evitando fermi impianto e maggiore produttività.
I rivestimenti che vengono applicati vengono da combinazioni con resine molto resistenti che permettono di essere usati in diversi ambiti industriali a seconda del funzionamento che svolge il componente da rivestire.
I settori di riferimento con cui lavorano comprendono grandi industrie del settore lattiero-caseario, pastario e dolciario, ma anche farmaceutico, del packaging e dell’automotive.
Ad oggi non si parla più di “TEFLON”, ma di “fluoropolimeri” e nella stessa famiglia troviamo molteplici rivestimenti, tra cui il PTFE, FEP, PFA, VICOTE, ma esistono anche trattamenti privi di PTFE e PFOA, ceramici, come il SOL GEL.
L’utilizzo di questi trattamenti ceramici nanotecnologici garantisce ai complessi meccanici di lavorare sottoponendosi a temperature eccessivamente alte. Hanno caratteristiche antimacchia e sono resistenti all’abrasione dei prodotti con il quale vengono a contatto.
Infine, tra trattamenti troviamo anche la micropallinatura, metodo efficiente e performante per ottenere delle superfici metalliche fisicamente perfette, chimicamente pulite ed esteticamente soddisfacenti.

Headquartered in Granarolo dell’Emilia, Tomace has two workshops with a painting department, a sandblasting department, a warehouse for goods storage, and a meticulous quality control department, all coordinated by the sales and administration department.
The technical team specializes in identifying the right coating for both market needs and each specific customer. Innovative technologies allow them to offer superior performance in terms of chemical and thermal resistance, friction coefficient, and adhesion to substrates. Almost the entire product range is regulated according to EU 1935 MOCA and American FDA regulations. These include 90 different types of non-stick coatings, dry lubricants, ceramic products, glass microspheres, and new nanotechnology applicable to all types of metals. Furthermore, the low-friction non-stick coatings allow machinery to have longer production cycles, avoiding downtime and increasing productivity.
The coatings applied are combined with highly resistant resins that allow them to be used in various industrial fields depending on the function of the component to be coated.
The sectors they serve include large dairy, pasta, and confectionery industries, as well as pharmaceutical, packaging, and automotive.
