Un evento per tenere vivo e attivo il settore e che preparerà all’edizione del febbraio 2022
InterSICOP è la Fiera internazionale per panetteria, pasticceria, gelateria, caffetteria e relative attrezzature. IFEMA ed il Comitato Organizzatore di InterSICOP hanno deciso di organizzare un evento solo telepresenziale dal 15 al 26 febbraio 2021 per mantenere vivo il business del settore e promuovere lo scambio di interessi e conoscenze. Sarà quindi un evento di transizione che aprirà la strada per l’organizzazione della fiera vera e propria nel 2022 con tutte le garanzie di sicurezza ed in un contesto di reale ripresa economica e che pertanto si prevede supererà ogni aspettativa.
Una decisine ponderata e presa dopo un’attenta valutazione della situazione mondiale, considerate anche le difficoltà di prevederne l’evoluzione, unita alla volontà di venire incontro alle sensibilità ed alle necessità di tutti gli attori convolti in InterSICOP, in tutti i suoi settori (panetteria, pasticceria, gelateria, caffetteria e TECSICOP per le tecnologie)
Pertanto, con l’obiettivo di continuare a contribuire allo sviluppo ed al dinamismo di tutti i comparti coinvolti, in un momento in cui questo ruolo è più importante che mai, IFEMA sta già lavorando alla piattaforma tecnologica di questo evento online. Due settimane di incontri virtuali fra domanda e offerta con giornate, seminari, B2B e competizioni nei settori Panetteria, Pasticceria, Gelateria, Caffetteria e relative Attrezzature e Tecnologie. In una parola, la nascita di una nuova comunità digitale all’interno di una piattaforma innovativa per promuovere le interazioni ed il networking fra i vari attori dell’industria.
InterSICOP 2021, an exceptional online edition
An event to keep the sector alive and active. It will link up with the face-to-face event in February 2022,
InterSICOP is the international bakery, confectionery, ice cream, coffee, and equipment exhibition. IFEMA and the Organising Committee have agreed to hold from an online event from 15th to 26th February 2021 to keep the sector’s business active, generating business and promoting knowledge exchange and learning. This will be a transitional event to pave the way for organising the 2022 edition in a safe environment and a context of economic recovery, an event that we are sure will exceed all expectations.
This is a carefully-considered decision taken after an exhaustive evaluation of the worldwide situation and the difficulty of forecasting the changes ahead, and our continuing commitment to the concerns and needs of the whole InterSICOP exhibition community in all its fields (bakery, pastry, ice cream, TECSICOP and cafés).
So, IFEMA is already working on this online event, part of our commitment to continue contributing to the growth and dynamism of all these sectors at a time when it is more important than ever. A two-week virtual meetup between supply and demand, with talks, seminars, B2B and competitions in the Bakery, Confectionery, Ice Cream, Café and Equipment sectors. In short, the birth of a digital business community using an innovative technological platform for promoting interaction and networking between all different actors in the industry.
