Processing
Giordan designs and manufactures processing equipment for food, cosmetics, and chemical products, including cooking vessels and multifunction vacuum cookers for the production of jams, marmalades, sauces, chocolate, spreads, gravies, pâtés, syrups, lotions, face creams, honey and more. The range also includes heated or cold mixing systems and mixing hoppers, adaptable to different product viscosities and compositions.
Thermal treatment
The thermal processing range includes bain-marie pasteurizers, autoclaves, and dry-air sterilization cabinets, designed to ensure maximum microbiological safety and precise temperature control, supported by advanced automation and control systems.
Packaging
Giordan offers dosing, capping, and labelling systems, available in semi-automatic or fully automatic versions—ideal for boosting productivity and process efficiency. All machines are characterized by outstanding versatility and ease of use, capable of handling a wide variety of products (liquid, viscous, creamy, powdered) and packaging formats in glass, plastic, or other materials. The packaging line is complemented by printing systems, labellers, jar-blowing units, nitrogen injection systems, metal detectors, and other required systems, all of which can be integrated upon request for fully customized packaging lines.

المعالجة
تعمل شركة Giordan على تصميم وإنجاز مصانع معالجة وتصنيع المواد الغذائية، مستحضرات التجميل والمنتجات الكيماوية: أحواض الطهي وأجهزة الطبخ بالفراغ لإنتاج المربى، المارملاد، المرقات، الشوكولاتة، الكريمات القابلة للدهن، الصلصات، المعجون/العصائر، المستحضرات السائلة، كريمات الوجه والعديد غيرها، إضافتاً إلى أنظمة الخلط المسخنة أو المبردة، قواديس المزج القابلة للتكيّف مع مختلف درجات لزوجة وخصائص المنتجات المعالجة.
المعالجة الحرارية
تشمل مجموعة المعالجة الحرارية أيضاً على أجهزة البسترة ”الحمام المائي“ وأجهزة الأوتوكلاف والتعقيم الجاف، المصممة لضمان أقصى درجات السلامة الميكروبيولوجية والتحكم الدقيق بدرجة الحرارة وذلك مع أنظمة أتمتة وتحكم متطورة.
التعبئة والتغليف
تضم المنتجات التي تقدمها الشركة على أنظمة معايرة الجرعات والتغطية ووضع الملصقات والتي تتوفر بموديلات شبه أوتوماتيكية أو أوتوماتيكية بالكامل – المثالية لزيادة القدرة والكفاءة الإنتاجية. تتميز جميع الماكينات بتعدد الجوانب وسهولة الاستخدام بفضل قدرتهم على التعامل مع مجموعة واسعة من المنتجات (السائلة، اللزجة، الكريمة والمساحيق) وأشكال/أحجام العبوات المصنوعة من الزجاج أو البلاستيك. يتم استكمال المنتجات المقدمة بأنظمة الطباعة، ماكينات وضع الملصقات وأنظمة النفخ وحقن النيتروجين وأجهزة الكشف عن المعادن القابلة للدمج حسب الطلب لغاية الحصول على خطوط تعبئة وتغليف مخصصة بأكملها بناءً على المتطلبات الخاصة.
