Spezzatrice arrotondatrice heavy duty ad alta produttività adatta a spezzare e arrotondare la pasta per ottenere pane rotondo e, con successive lavorazioni, pane stampato, hamburger, filoncini, pita, pizza e piadine.
La macchina è adatta per lavorare paste tenere e semidure ed è dotata di una tramoggia in materiale plastico.
La pasta viene trattata delicatamente grazie a un sistema di dosatura a stella e alla regolazione della compressione nelle camere di porzionatura.
Questo permette di ovviare lo stress dovuto all’azione meccanica della macchina sulla pasta, realizzando il peso di pasta desiderato. I pezzi di pasta, adeguatamente arrotondati tramite tamburo di arrotondamento, vengono depositati sui nastri divaricatori di uscita per essere prelevati o per essere depositati sulle successive macchine formatrici.

Heavy duty, high output divider-rounder is suitable for dividing and rounding dough and obtain round bread and, with further processing, also stamped bread, hamburger buns, finger rolls, pita, pizza and piadine.
The machine is suitable for working soft and semi-hard dough, and it is provided with a plastic hopper.
The dough is gently handed thanks to a star dosing system and pressure adjustment in the portioning chambers. The dough pieces, properly rounded by means of a rounding drum, are placed on the outfeed spreading belts for pick-up and for being placed on the subsequent moulders.
The equipment complies with the FDA regulations.
