I sistemi di Burner Management Pilz controllano e gestiscono tutte le funzioni di impianti di combustione industriali alimentati a gas o a gasolio, dalla pre-ventilazione fino al funzionamento del bruciatore principale, all in one.
A seconda della complessità dei requisiti e del numero di bruciatori, sono disponibili due sistemi di elevata efficienza: il sistema di Burner Management PNOZmulti 2 Burner controlla sia i bruciatori stessi che tutte le funzioni di sicurezza legate all’impianto di combustione, safety all inclusive; per impianti ad elevata complessità con un numero importante di bruciatori, è disponibile Burner Management con il sistema di controllo PSS4000.
Nel software per il sistema di controllo Burner – che verrà mostrato grazie a una demo – è possibile configurare diversi bruciatori utilizzando un Function Block dedicato, che replica un sistema automatico elettronico di controllo dalla configurazione flessibile (bruciatore principale o derivato, con accensione diretta o indiretta, applicazioni a bassa e alta temperatura, …).
Durante il webinar:
- si analizzeranno i dispositivi che supportano la gestione BMS
- verrà indicato a quali norme risultano essere conformi le soluzioni proposte
- sarà presentata una demo basata su piattaforma PNOZ Multi 2
Nella parte conclusiva dell’evento gli esperti di Pilz Italia risponderanno alle domande dei partecipanti.

Pilz Burner Management systems monitor and control all the functions of commercial and industrial gas and oil furnaces – from pre-purge through to operation of the main burner – all-in-one.
Depending on the complexity of the requirements and the number of burners, two high-efficiency systems are available: the PNOZmulti 2 Burner Management system controls both the burners themselves and all safety functions related to the combustion system, offering all-inclusive safety; for highly complex systems with a large number of burners, Burner Management with the PSS4000 control system is available.
In the burner control software, which will be presented during a demo, a wide range of burner applications can be configured via the burner element Function Block, which emulates a flexibly configurable, electronic automatic burner control system (pilot or main burner with direct or indirect ignition, low or high temperature applications
