ALTECH ha catturato l’interesse dei visitatori esponendo macchine dalle elevate prestazioni
Come da tradizione, anche quest’anno ALTECH ha preso parte a Ipack Ima 2022, importante fiera dedicata alle tecnologie per il processing e il packaging tenutasi a Milano dal 3 al 6 maggio. L’edizione di quest’anno ha avuto un riscontro decisamente positivo: le novità esposte hanno catturato l’interesse dei visitatori e hanno permesso di allacciare un elevato numero di nuovi contatti. ALTECH vuole cogliere perciò l’occasione per ringraziare tutti gli ospiti che ha avuto il piacere di accogliere presso il suo stand.
Tra le novità più interessanti presentate in fiera possiamo trovare il sistema print & apply ALcode P di nuova concezione, in grado di stampare ed applicare etichette su pallet e bancali in posizioni ed altezze multiple. Il sistema è basato su un braccio robotizzato programmabile che consente estrema flessibilità, e che permette di essere adattato, semplicemente riprogrammandolo, a molteplici esigenze di etichettatura dei pallet.
ALcode P è stato concepito come un sistema universale delle elevate prestazioni. Esso nasce su una solida e compatta struttura che integra in un unico insieme il gruppo stampa, il braccio applicatore e la protezione antinfortunistica.
In questa edizione è stato anche mostrato un sistema lineare di etichettatura ALline C per l’etichettatura fronte retro di flaconi cilindrici. Questo sistema è stato esposto in una veste particolare, in cui ogni asse di regolazione è dotato di uno speciale motore intelligente, che comunica con il computer della macchina. In tal modo l’operatore può regolare la macchina da un formato ad un altro semplicemente richiamando la ricetta a display, ed evitando così complesse e spesso lunghe regolazioni meccaniche. Tale nuovo sistema non rappresenta un’idea scenografica sviluppata solo per stupire i visitatori della fiera, ma è un dispositivo già ordinabile tra le opzioni disponibili per i sistemi di etichettatura ALline.

New ALTECH products and technological innovations on display at Ipack Ima 2022
ALTECH machines grabbed visitors’ attention thanks to remarkably high performances
Like every year, ALTECH was an exhibitor at Ipack Ima 2022, the major trade fair dedicated to processing and packaging technologies held in Milan from 3 to 6 May. This year’s edition garnered decidedly positive results: the new products and features on display generated significant interest from visitors, and helped generate a significant number of new contacts. ALTECH would therefore like to take the opportunity to thank all the attendees whom it had the pleasure of welcoming to its stand.
Among the most interesting new products presented at the exhibition were the newly designed ALcode P print & apply system, able to print and apply labels to pallets at multiple heights and positions. This system is based on a programmable robot arm which offers exceptional flexibility, and can be easily reprogrammed to satisfy a multitude of pallet labelling requirements.
ALcode P has been designed as a universal system offering high levels of performance. It is installed on a robust and compact structure which incorporates the print unit, the applicator arm and the safety guards in a single assembly.
Also on display were an ALline C linear labelling system for front-back labelling of cylindrical bottles. This system was exhibited in a particular configuration, with each regulation axis equipped with a special smart motor which communicates with the machine’s computer. The operator can thus change the machine from one format to another simply by bringing up the recipe on the screen, thus avoiding complex and often long-winded mechanical adjustments. This new system is not, however, a spectacular idea developed only to amaze attendees, but is actually a device which can already be ordered from the range of available options for ALline labelling systems.
