Fast Change e Clean: innovazione nel settore alimentare
Le sfide del Food&Beverage richiedono sistemi in grado di rispondere alle rigorose normative e al bisogno di diversificazione, con la conseguente necessità di adottare soluzioni che permettano un cambio formato veloce e affidabile. Entrano così in gioco le serie Mini Motor: Clean e Fast Change.
Conforme ai requisiti del settore e agli standard dell’Hygienic Design, la linea di motori brushless Clean si conferma scelta obbligata per la composizione in acciaio inox, resistente alla corrosione di cibi e bevande, evitandone la contaminazione. Grazie all’eccezionale resistenza a getti di acqua bollente (80°C) e all’alta pressione (90 bar), l’Inox 316L si rivela un valido alleato, anzitutto nei settori a rischio come quello dei prodotti senza glutine.
Ad assicurare un cambio formato veloce c’è Fast Change, che si distingue per compattezza e alta integrazione nel sistema, comando remoto e velocità doppia rispetto ai competitor. La riduzione del fermo macchina nel cambio formato, dispendioso in termini di tempo e produttività, contribuisce alla sua efficienza. L’elettronica integrata permette la parametrizzazione e la diagnostica da remoto, consentendo il monitoraggio dello stato di funzionamento per una manutenzione predittiva e tempestiva.
FCL: rivoluzione lineare
Fast Change Linear, serie per il cambio formato lineare progettata per adattarsi a tutte le applicazioni che richiedono un cambio formato di tipo lineare, è disponibile in due versioni, di 100 e 200 mm di escursione, applicabile sia in verticale che in orizzontale.
Questa soluzione è particolarmente adatta a macchinari che necessitano di un cambio formato frequente, come il movimento di sponde e barriere nella regolazione dei nastri all’interno dei flussi dei macchinari.
Mini Motor risponde alle esigenze di mercato ma promuove anche innovazione. Thanks to its exceptional resistance to jets of boiling water (80°C) and high pressure (90 bar), stainless steel 316L has proved to be a sound ally especially for sectors that produce particular types of products, such as gluten-free products.
Fast Change guarantees fast changeover and stands out for its compact size, high integration into the system, remote control, and double speed than competitors’. Shorter lead time during changeover, which is time and productivity demanding, contributes to its efficiency. Integrated electronics enable parametrization and remote diagnostics, allowing the control of the functionality for predictive and timely maintenance.
FLC: Linear revolution
Fast Change Linear, series for linear changeover designed for all applications where linear changeover is required, is available in 100 mm and 200 mm versions and can be applied both vertically and horizontally. This solution is particularly suitable for machinery with frequent changeover, such as sides and barriers movement in belt adjustment in machinery flows. In addition to meeting market requirements, Mini Motor also promotes innovation, which is evidenced by the aforementioned series as well as the DBS series of brushless motors with integrated drive and multi-turn absolute encoder, and WBS series, the evolution of the first wireless integrated drive thanks to enclosed wireless interface and inductive charge battery.
