ماكينة وضع الملصقات بالانكماش – SKL 200

Shrink Labelling Machine – SKL 200
Differently to most of the shrink sleeve applying machines already on the market, MACA machines feature an alternative solution to the usual cutting of the sleeve (by blades rotating around a cylindrical mandrel), that often generate problems in the correct alignment of the cut on wide sleeves, as well as on the sleeve fitting on shaped containers or M-pack, which is the case, for example, of cans multipacks.
Instead of the actual cutting of the sleeves, MACA makes a pre-perforation across the sleeve-flattened web, then the applying head will split one sleeve from the other simply tearing off the pre-perforation.
MACA labelling machines for the application of shrink sleeve on cans are obtained by:
• Feeding and controlled transport of the jars through the machine;
• Transversal pre-perforation of the sleeve tubular according to the printing pitch;
• Shrink sleeve label separating and fitting on the cans in continuous transit through the machine;
