Il KEL-ER-BL è un telaio di ingresso cavi apribile per cavi con e senza connettore. A seconda delle dimensioni, possono essere instradati cavi con un diametro da 1 a 35 mm, sigillati con grado di protezione IP65. La tenuta alla trazione è garantita secondo la EN 62444. La protezione IP65 è ottenuta grazie alla guarnizione integrata e all’uso di gommini singoli. I gommini passacavo corrispondenti vengono fissati automaticamente nel telaio durante il montaggio. Al termine dell’assemblaggio, il coperchio viene avvitato. I gommini passacavo sono collocati negli scomparti e fissati saldamente al telaio durante il serraggio.
Il nuovo telaio si adatta alle aperture standard per i connettori industriali a 10, 16 e 24 pin. La dimensione dell’apertura può arrivare a 46 mm invece che a 36 mm, il che significa che è possibile far passare anche cavi con connettori più grandi. Il formato KEL-ER-BL-B si basa su un’apertura di 46 x 46 mm (ad esempio, per controllori e contatori). La versione singola fila KEL-ER-BL-E è caratterizzata da un design poco ingombrante ed è ideale per gli spazi ristretti e per i cavi con connettori piatti (ad es. Sub-D).
Il KEL-ER-BL nel colore di segnalazione blu è utilizzato principalmente nel settore del packaging alimentare e delle macchine per la lavorazione degli alimenti, dove non vi è contatto diretto. I prodotti di questo colore sono spesso utilizzati anche nel settore farmaceutico. La confezione comprende un’ulteriore guarnizione piatta in gomma blu. New cable entry frames for the food sector
The cable management specialist icotek presents its new cable entry frames KEL-ER-BL
The KEL-ER-BL is a split cable entry frame for cables with and without plugs. Depending on the size, cables with a diameter of 1 to 35 mm are inserted, sealed with IP65 and, at the same, time strain-relieved in accordance with DIN EN 62444. IP65 protection is achieved through the injected seal and the use of single grommets. The cable grommets are placed into compartments and are securely fixed into the frame during assembly. After the assembly is complete, the end cover is screwed on.
The new cable entry frame fits standard cut-outs for 10-, 16- and 24-pin heavy-duty connectors. The cut-out size can be up to 46 mm instead of 36 mm, meaning that cables with larger connectors can also be routed. The size KEL-ER-BL-B is based on cut-out size 46 x 46 mm (e.g. for controllers and meters). The single-row version KEL-ER-BL-E is characterised by its space-saving design and is ideal for confined spaces and for cables with flat connectors (e.g. Sub-D).
The KEL-ER-BL in the signal colour blue is primarily used in the sector of food packaging and food processing machines where there is no direct contact with food. Products in this signal colour are also often used in the pharmaceutical sector. An additional blue flat rubber gasket is included in the shipment.
