Grazie all’ERP CSB-System la preparazione ordini non sarà mai stata così efficiente! Le pesoprezzatrici sono sistemi grazie ai quali è possibile etichettare rapidamente gli articoli con prezzo e peso e che dispongono di una propria banca dati, nella quale vengono salvati tutti i dati per l’etichettatura di un prodotto.
L’ERP CSB-System stabilisce un collegamento con la banca dati della pesoprezzatrice e gestisce quei dati in maniera integrata tramite interfacce standardizzate che ne rendono l’uso molto semplice.

Pesoprezzatura su misura
L’ERP CSB-System amministra centralmente le anagrafiche a bordo macchina, i layout di stampa personalizzati per cliente, l’eventuale etichettatura promozionale o neutra in lingua italiana e/o estera, i diversi impegni nel caso di linee multiple e i prezzi di vendita al pubblico. Un unico sistema che interpreta in modo ottimale l’esigenza di ogni azienda di dover servire clienti piccoli, medi e grandi, in modo diverso l’uno dall’altro ma pur sempre in maniera efficiente e puntuale.
Gestione ampliata
Va evidenziato che l’ERP CSB-System supporta e gestisce tutto quello che consente sfruttare al massimo la capacità produttiva della macchina, vale dire il raggruppamento degli ordini attivi del cliente, l’iscrizione della linea di pesoprezzatura all’interno del piano di manutenzione per ridurre i fermi macchina ed i guasti, la gestione della pesoprezzatrice come cespite in contabilità con relativo ammortamento, l’integrazione del suo valore nella contabilità industriale per il calcolo dell’incidenza sul costo del prodotto e così via.

CSB-System comunica indifferentemente con linee di pesoprezzatura in uscita produzione oppure dedicate alle vendite. In più, attraverso il controllo della produzione sarà possibile verificare i risultati delle linee, rilevando eventuali fermi macchina e stato di avanzamento del confezionamento con l’obiettivo di massimizzare l’impiego delle risorse.

Thanks to CSB-System ERP, order preparation has never been that efficient! Weighing systems enable quickly labelling products with their own weights and prices, and they are provided with a database where all the necessary data for product labelling is recorded.
The CSB-System ERP creates a connection to the database of the weighing machine and manages that data in an integrated way by means of standardized interfaces that make use very simple.

It is worth highlighting that the CSB-System ERP supports and manages anything about maximizing production capacity, such as grouping of customer active orders, including the weighing lines into the maintenance plan as to reduce downtime and breakdowns, management of the weighing line as an asset in accountancy with relative amortization, integration of its value in industrial accountancy to calculate its impact on the product cost, and so on.
Multiple use of the weighing line
CSB-System communicates with weighing lines at the production exit or sales-dedicated. Moreover, through production control it is also possible to check the result of the lines, reading any machine downtime, and the progress of the packaging operations, with the goal of maximining the use of the resources.
