L’azienda DMC S.r.l. nasce nel 2001 e per i primi anni l’attività principale è stata rappresentata dalle lavorazioni meccaniche conto terzi, poi è stata creata la divisione Labelling, dedicata alla progettazione e costruzione di macchine etichettatrici per i settori food e beverage.
Tutte le macchine si caratterizzano per un innovativo sistema di etichettatura basato sull’utilizzo del piattello di rotazione del contenitore. Questa applicazione garantisce all’etichettatrice una notevole versatilità di utilizzo ed una elevata precisione nella finitura della confezione, oltre ad un cambio formato semplice ed economico. Tutti i modelli sono fortemente customizzabili, grazie alla possibilità di integrare numerosi gruppi funzionali, anche progettati ad hoc, per soddisfare specifiche richieste di confezionamento. Non solo quindi macchine affidabili e performanti ma anche macchine costruite su misura per il cliente, che può contare su un vero e proprio servizio di consulenza tecnica a 360° nello sviluppo del progetto della propria macchina personalizzata.
I prodotti by DMC sono innovativi, per scelta. Sono stati infatti depositati diversi brevetti inerenti allo studio e la progettazione di sistemi di etichettatura performanti e all’avanguardia, relativi sia alle macchine etichettatrici da banco che alle attrezzature automatiche da linea.
Oggi la gamma di attrezzature prodotte dalla DMC comprende macchine etichettatrici innovative con produzione oraria tra i 500 e i 4000 bph ed include sia modelli da banco che modelli semiautomatici e automatici da linea. Sarà presentata al prossimo SIMEI, in programma dal 15 al 18 novembre a Milano, la nuova etichettatrice automatica MHIRA prodotta da DMC. Si tratta della classica etichettatrice lineare da 1500 bph per il confezionamento della bottiglia bordolese, che si distingue tuttavia per diversi accorgimenti tecnici che la rendono un prodotto sicuramente fuori dallo standard. La macchina infatti sfrutta il sistema di dei tre rulli di etichettatura ma abbina a questo modulo un nuovo gruppo per la movimentazione della colonna di stiratura capsula, che consente di ottenere una finitura ottimale, sia con la rullatrice che con la testata termica, anche alla velocità di 1500 bph. La coclea è universale e non necessita di essere sostituita in caso di utilizzo di formati multipli, inoltre le stazioni di etichettatura sono dotate di serie di un meccanismo di regolazione angolare che permette di poter lavorare anche con formati leggermente conici. Tra i gruppi accessori è disponibile un sistema ottico di ricerca della tacca sul fondo delle bottiglie che garantisce l’orientamento della confezione durante la fase di applicazione delle etichette. L’interfaccia utente è stata completamente riprogettata: l’operatore ha a disposizione un touch screen a colori da 8 pollici, con cui impostare i programmi di etichettatura ed effettuare test e cicli manuali, il tutto già predisposto per la 4.0. In ultimo ma non meno importante, l’ingombro della macchina nel suo allestimento full-optional, con distributore, stiratura capsula, tre stazioni di etichettatura e tavolo di raccolta finale è molto contenuto permettendone l’installazione anche in spazi ridotti.

The DMC company was founded in 2001 and for the first few years the main activity was represented by mechanical processing for third parties, then the Labelling division was created, dedicated to the design and construction of labelling machines for the food and beverage sectors.
All the machines are characterized by an innovative labelling system based on the use of the container rotating plate. This application guarantees the labeller considerable versatility of use and high precision in the finishing of the package, as well as a simple and economical format change. All models are highly customizable, thanks to the possibility of integrating several functional groups, even designed ad hoc, to meet specific packaging requests. Therefore, not only reliable and performing machines but also machines built to fit customer’s needs: He can count on a real 360° technical consultancy service in the development of the project of his own customized machine.

Today, the range of products by DMC includes innovative labelling machines with hourly production between 500 and 4000 bph and includes both bench models and semi-automatic and automatic line models. The new automatic labeller mod. MHIRA produced by DMC will be presented at the next SIMEI, scheduled for November 15th to 18th in Milan. This is the classic 1500 bph linear labeller for labelling the Bordeaux bottle, which however stands out for several technical features that make it a product that is certainly out of the standard. As a matter of fact, the machine uses the system of three labelling rollers but combines this module with a new unit for moving the capsule smoothing column, which allows to obtain an optimal finishing, both with the rolling machine and with the thermal head, even at the max. speed of 1500 bph. The screw feeder is universal and does not need to be replaced if multiple formats are used, furthermore the labelling stations are equipped as standard with an angular adjustment mechanism that allows you to work even with slightly conical formats. Among the optional groups there is an optical system to detect the notch on the bottom of the bottles which guarantees the orientation of the package during the label application phase. The user interface has been completely redesigned: the operator has an 8-inch colour touch screen at his disposal, for setting the labelling programs and carrying out tests and manual cycles, all already set up for Industry 4.0. Last but not least the overall dimension of the machine in its full-optional set-up, with dispenser, capsule stretching, three labelling stations and final collection table is very small, allowing it to be installed even in small spaces.
