News for the dairy sector

Caseartecnica Bartoli develops new ideas and created efficient and efficacious solutions that fully meet the demand of modern market

For more than 60 years, Caseartecnica Bartoli Srl has been offering a complete range of machines designed both for the professional packaging industry and for the smallest manufacturers and traders. Solutions designed to work in line or individually and thus meeting the demands of all manufacturers and retailers who need effective, automatic or semi-automatic tools.

In addition, at the latest edition of trade fair CibusTec, a new Agitator for milk processing was also presented for the production of Parmigiano Reggiano and Grana Padano cheese in particular. This one for the dairy sector is an absolute novelty, as it is an Agitator equipped with permanent magnet brushless motor without reducer and without oil inside, which allows to meet the more and more demanding requirements of non contamination of the product.

As far as the cutting machine sector is concerned, on the other hand, Caseartecnica Bartoli is always trying to develop new ideas so that it can be used in a variety of fields covering all types of hard and semi-hard cheese and other products other than dairy products (slices of ham, pumpkins, frozen products, etc.).

The development of the production of cutting machines has focused more on the most sought-after peculiarity, an ever-increasing automation of the production cycle with ever increasing performance speeds. In the Agitator, on the other hand, energy saving and compatibility with the food product of the materials used are the main features.

In the last two years, among other things, especially for the ROCK20 PLUS cutting machine (which allows to cut automatically, for packaging, any type of hard and semi-hard cheese in portions of desired fixed weight or variable weight), the export range of the cutting machines is positioned at 15% per year with a prevalence for Eastern and Northern Europe (Austria, Germany, Switzerland, Hungary, Serbia, Albania and Russia, but also Canada, the U.S.A and Brazil).

While for the Agitator the market of interest is purely Italian, even though precisely in the two-year period 2020-2021 Caseartecnica Bartoli can count supplies in Brazil, Russia, Hungary and in the U.S.A., for the production of cheese similar to Parmigiano Reggiano & Grana Padano.
