Il settore beverage oggigiorno rappresenta un punto cardine nell’industria del packaging. Tra le soluzioni che ALTECH mette a disposizione per il settore beverage troviamo il sistema di etichettatura ALline, concepito in maniera modulare ed espandibile che unisce una meccanica robusta e flessibile a prestazioni di assoluto livello. Un modello particolarmente interessante è stato recentemente installato presso un noto produttore di succhi di frutta nel Middle-East. Il sistema ALline in questione applica 2 etichette in fronte-retro su flaconi di succo aventi 2 differenti formati, il primo da 1000 ml e il secondo da 1700 ml. Il sistema è equipaggiato con 4 teste etichettatrici della serie ALritma che lavorando in modalità non stop garantiscono una cadenza di circa 10 mila prodotti all’ora.
La modalità non-stop permette un’etichettatura continua dei prodotti in quanto la logica del sistema non appena rileva l’imminente fine del rotolo etichette su una testa etichettatrice, automaticamente la inibisce e attiva la sua corrispettiva permettendo all’operatore di sostituire il rotolo etichette dove questo si è esaurito senza interrompere il ciclo di etichettatura. I prodotti, viaggiando sul convogliatore, vengono accolti da 2 coclee che li trasportano e distanziano all’interno della macchina dove un contro tappeto superiore li mantiene stabili durante l’etichettatura. Per la gestione di tutti i parametri e dei componenti del sistema è presente uno schermo touch HMI da 7 pollici che garantisce un ottimo compromesso tra compattezza e leggibilità. Completano il sistema 2 barriere ottiche di sicurezza installate in prossimità delle coclee (una per lato) allo scopo di arrestare il sistema nel caso un corpo estraneo attraversi la zona di pericolo identificata dalla struttura di protezione.

ALTECH solutions for the beverage sector include the ALline labelling system, with its modular and expandable design which combines solid, flexible mechanics with the highest levels of performance. A particularly interesting model was recently installed at a major fruit juice producer in the Middle East. The ALline system in question applies two labels to the front and rear of two different formats of juice bottles, the first 1000 ml and the second 1700 ml. The system is equipped with four ALritma labelling heads which operate in non-stop mode to guarantee a throughput of around 10,000 products per hour.
The system’s non-stop operation allows for continuous product labelling, because as soon as the system logic detects that the label reel is running out on one labelling head, it automatically switches to the other, allowing the operator to change the label reel without interrupting the labelling cycle. As they travel along the conveyor, the products encounter two screws which transport them and space them out inside the machine, where an overhead belt holds them steady during labelling. A 7” touchscreen HMI allows all system parameters and components to be managed, and offers an excellent compromise between size and legibility. Rounding off the system are two optical safety barriers installed before the screws (one on each side) which stop the system in the event that a foreign object crosses into the danger area identified by the protective structure.
