ABRIGO a Ipack-Ima 2022

ABRIGO a Ipack-Ima 2022

ABRIGO at Ipack-Ima 2022

At Ipack-Ima, Abrigo will exhibit its range of machines and will be available to discuss and analyze new project

Abrigo pursues its own path to the internationalization and focus on systems for the packing industry presenting during the next Ipack-Ima exhibition in Milan a new range of monoblock compact machines for the secondary packing called SMART SERIES.

In particular, the system exhibited will introduce these following new concepts:

– Carton magazine with integrated buffer

– Bottom wraparound forming of the trays

– Conveyor with vacuum technology

– SL Lateral transfer of products (Side loading)

– New generation of compact Abrigo 2 axis robots with carbon arms

– Small Footprint and compact total height of the frame.

Regarding the ultrasonic cutting systems, it will be possible to find on Abrigo’s booth an updated version of machine belonging to the “FLEXCUT” family, with the blade driven by an anthropomorphic robot, which guarantees the maximum flexibility, sanitization and cutting speed. The constant renewal that Abrigo applies over the years to its systems, is further strengthened by future developments of cutting and packaging applications related to the fields of Gorgonzola cheese and Feta, introducing on this last product, a new concept of continuous 24h production.

Always on the cutting edge are the integrated packaging systems ROBOFEED to feed and unload primary packaging machines, like thermoforming and flowpack machineries.

Another strong point are the consolidated and reliable ABRIGO MRS systems, in which modular robotic cells, each one equipped with a 2 or more axis, compose secondary packaging systems complete and flexible, integrating also check systems like metal detector, check-weigher, auxiliary external machines like labelling and coding machineries, etc.

Finally, the range of packaging machines is completed by robotic cells for the depanning of products, by Robovision applications, where high speed robots guided by artificial vision systems, manage randomly coming products and by collaborative applications with the use and the integration of COBOT, that offer a valid help into the easy and repeatability operations of the industrial automation.

All this will be implemented with a modern HMI interface, with option for remote control, A.R. (Augmented-Reality) and interactive technical documents, to improve steadily the customer service.

Thus, Abrigo will be very glad and ready to have you at its stand to show you the exposed machines and to discuss and analyze new projects and to face up together new challenges.
