Nel 2025, Umbra Packaging celebra con orgoglio il suo 30° anniversario e presenta a Ipack-Ima la UP 1200, macchina ad alte prestazioni per il confezionamento automatico di polveri e granuli in sacchi preformati alla quale sono stati riconosciuti 3 brevetti internazionali. Un concentrato di tecnologia e affidabilità che racchiude tre decenni di esperienza, innovazione e attenzione al cliente.
UP 1200: compatta, precisa, affidabile
La UP 1200 è progettata per garantire massima efficienza e flessibilità; la macchina è infatti in grado di confezionare sacchi di qualsiasi materiale e tipologia con una velocità oltre 1200 sacchi/h. 
Dal punto di vista tecnologico, la UP 1200 si distingue per l’integrazione di dispositivi innovativi che semplificano migliorano e garantiscono un eccellente processo di confezionamento.
Tra questi spicca il nuovo cono di riempimento, in grado di autoregolarsi in maniera automatica adattandosi autonomamente al formato di sacco selezionato nel pannello operatore, rendendola completamnete automatica ad ogni cambio formato.
Altro dispositivo è lo zipper opening device, atto all’apertura corretta del sacco, in particolare per quelli dotati di chiusura zip o velcro, per la perfetta regolazione della cimosa del sacco, il dispositivo robot wally garantisce al 100% che le saldature avvengano sempre all’altezza prestabilita per tutti i sacchi.

In 2025, Umbra Packaging proudly celebrates its 30th anniversary and presents at Ipack-Ima the UP 1200, a high-performance machine for automatic packaging of powders and granules in preformed bags to which 3 international patents have been awarded. The UP 1200 is designed to ensure maximum efficiency and flexibility; in fact, the machine can pack bags of any material and type at a speed of over 1200 bags/h.
From a technological point of view, the UP 1200 stands out for the integration of innovative devices that simplify improve and guarantee an excellent packaging process.
Prominent among these is the new filling cone, capable of self-adjusting automatically by adapting itself to the bag format selected in the operator panel, making it fully automatic at each format change.
Another device is the zipper opening device, devised for the correct opening of the bag, especially for those with zipper or Velcro closures, for the perfect adjustment of the bag selvedge, the wally robot device guarantees 100% that the seals always take place at the preset height for all bags
