Ad oggi non si parla più di “TEFLON”, ma di “fluoropolimeri”. A tal proposito Tomace utilizza molteplici rivestimenti, tra cui troviamo il PTFE, FEP, PFA, VICOTE che a loro volta vengono combinati con altre resine, permettono di ottenere una varietà infinita di prodotti ognuno dei quali è in grado di esaltare la sua partico¬lare caratteristica a seconda dell’ambito di utilizzo. Esistono inoltre trattamenti privi di PTFE e PFOA, ceramici, come il SOL GEL.
L’utilizzo di questi trattamenti ceramici nanotecnologici garantisce ai complessi meccanici di lavorare sottoponendosi a temperature eccessivamente alte. Hanno caratteristiche antimacchia e sono resistenti all’abrasione dei prodotti con il quale vengono a contatto.
Infine, tra i trattamenti troviamo anche la Micro-pallinatura, metodo efficiente e performante per ottenere delle superfici metalliche fisicamente perfette, chimicamente pulite ed esteticamente soddisfacenti.
