ALTECH esporrà le sue più recenti innovazioni nel settore dell’etichettatura e identificazione dei materiali, presso il Padiglione 4 – Stand C25, D26
Dopo due anni di chiusura forzata, in questo 2022 anche per il settore del packaging riprenderanno le fiere in presenza, ed è con entusiasmo che ALTECH si appresta a prendere parte all’Ipack-Ima, che si terrà presso la fiera di Milano-Rho dal 3 al 6 maggio.
Ipack Ima è una fiera specializzata nei materiali e nelle macchine per il processing e per il packaging, ed è ormai da anni sinonimo di innovazione tecnologica e internazionalità. In questo contesto ALTECH, specializzata nella progettazione e produzione di macchine etichettatrici, esporrà le più recenti innovazioni nel settore dell’etichettatura e identificazione dei materiali, che potranno essere “toccate con mano” presso il Padiglione 4 – Stand C25, D26.
Nello specifico, i visitatori troveranno esposte le seguenti novità di rilievo:
• Un sistema lineare ALline E/C per l’etichettatura fronte retro di flaconi piatti ed ellittici. Questo sistema verrà esposto in una veste particolare, sarà infatti dotato di un sistema elettronico in grado di regolare la macchina da un formato ad un altro semplicemente richiamando la ricetta a display, e sollevando l’operatore dalla maggior parte delle regolazioni meccaniche. Tale nuovo sistema non rappresenta un’idea scenografica sviluppata solo per stupire i visitatori della fiera, ma è un dispositivo già ordinabile tra le opzioni disponibili per i sistemi di etichettatura ALline.
• Un sistema ALcode P di nuova concezione, in grado di stampare ed applicare etichette su pallet in posizioni ed altezze multiple. Il sistema, presentato alla fiera in veste di concept, è basato su un braccio robotizzato programmabile che consente estrema flessibilità, e che consente di essere adattato, semplicemente riprogrammandolo, a molteplici esigenze di etichettatura dei pallet.
Presso lo stand ALTECH troveranno poi posto diverse altre macchine rappresentative della gamma di etichettatrici ALTECH, che vanno dalla serie di teste etichettatrici (recentemente rinnovate, e oggi disponibili anche in versione 4.0), ai print/apply della serie ALcode, ad un sistema per etichettatura di vaschette alimentari, ad un sistema di etichettatura avvolgente di vials e siringhe. Tutti i sistemi, come da tradizione ALTECH, saranno esposti accesi e funzionanti.

ALTECH technological innovations at IPACK-IMA 2022
ALTECH will exhibit its most recent innovations in the material identification and labelling sector at Stand C25 – D26 in Hall 4
After two years of enforced closure, 2022 will see the resumption of trade fairs with physical attendance in the packaging sector as well. ALTECH is enthusiastically preparing to attend Ipack-Ima, which will be held at the Milan-Rho exhibition centre from the 3rd to the 6th of May.
Ipack-Ima is a trade fair specialised in materials and machinery for processing and packaging, and has become synonymous with technological innovation and international attendance. ALTECH, specialised in the design and production of labelling machines, will be in attendance, showing off its most recent innovations in the material identification and labelling sector. Attendees will be able to get their hands on the company’s latest products at Stand C25, D26 in Hall 4.
More specifically, visitors will find the following new products on display:
• An ALline E/C linear system for front-back labelling of flat and elliptical bottles. The system on display will be equipped with a special feature – an electronic system able to change between formats on the machine simply by bringing up the recipe on the display, relieving the operator of the need to make most mechanical regulations. This new system is not, however, a spectacular idea developed only to amaze attendees, but is actually a device which can already be ordered from the range of available options for ALline labelling systems.
• A newly designed ALcode P system, able to print and apply labels to pallets at multiple positions and heights.The system, which will be exhibited as a concept, is based on a programmable robot arm which offers exceptional flexibility, and can be easily reprogrammed to satisfy a multitude of pallet labelling requirements.
The ALTECH stand will also feature numerous other machines representative of ALTECH’s selection of labellers, from the range of labelling heads (recently overhauled, and also available in industry 4.0 version) and the ALcode print/apply series, through to a system for labelling food tubs and a wrap-around labelling system for vials and syringes. All systems will be exhibited fully operational, as per ALTECH tradition.
