Fondata nel cuore della Toscana nel 1983, Meccanoplastica è cresciuta insieme ai suoi clienti e ha saputo adattarsi e passare da una piccola azienda di tre partner fondatori in un’azienda leader sul mercato italiano e all’estero, con uffici a Firenze e a Barcellona (Spagna).
Soprattutto negli ultimi anni, nonostante la crisi economica, il Gruppo ha raccolto la sfida posta dai mercati odierni e ha saputo espandere le vendite export per i suoi macchinari state-of-the-art progettati per la lavorazione dei materiali plastici.
Il Gruppo Meccanoplastica opera attualmente su scala globale grazie a una rete di vendita capillare con la quale può soddisfare qualsiasi tipo di richiesta, comprese quelle molto specifiche, da parte dei mercati emergenti, che sempre più richiedono prodotti di alta qualità.
Il Gruppo è in grado di servire con successo una clientela diversificata in Europa, Nord e Sud America, Asia, Oceania e Africa.
Con una gamma di impianti che include macchine per estrusione-soffiaggio continua di materie plastiche (EBM), macchine per iniezione-soffiaggio (IBM) e macchine PET bi-stadio per lo stiro-soffiaggio di preforme PET (SBM), secondo l’ultima tecnologia full electric.
Con la recente emergenza pandemica COVID-19, il Gruppo è stato riconosciuto come una delle attività essenziali per continuare a funzionare. Ecco perché ha avuto la possibilità di servire i seguenti settori cruciali con le sue tecnologie:
– Settore farmaceutico – attraverso il modello di macchina IBM completamente elettrico JET55/L (55 tonnellate come forza di chiusura totale), Meccanoplastica ha aiutato un cliente in India a fornire sul mercato contenitori LDPE da 10 Ml eye-drop prodotti da macchina iniezione-soffiaggio;
– Settore detergenza – attraverso il modello di macchina a due stadi SBM full electric MIPET-1P (fino a 2 bottiglie lit. – 1 cavità Mould), Meccanoplastica ha aiutato un cliente in Italia a fornire sul mercato 100 Ml. PET “igienizzante mani” contenitori prodotti dalla macchina stiro-soffiaggio;
– Settore alimentare – attraverso il modello di macchina completamente elettrica HE480/D (macchina a doppia stazione da 5 Litri), Meccanoplastica ha aiutato lo stabilimento Danone in Marocco a fornire sul mercato 300 Ml. contenitori di latte HDPE prodotti dalla macchina di estrusione-soffiaggio.
Parlando in maniera più ampia di quest’ultima applicazione del settore food, per Danone è stata organizzata la macchina estrusione-soffiaggio full electric a doppia stazione (EBM).
La macchina ha 12 Tons come potenza chiusura stampi – 480 mm. come corsa di traslazione carri. È stata equipaggiata con stampi da 6/6 cavità per raggiungere la produzione richiesta di 6.000 bph di un contenitore rotondo HDPE da 15 gr.

With a product machines range that includes continuous extrusion blow moulding machinery for plastic materials (EBM), injection-blow moulding machinery (IBM) and two-stage PET preforms stretch-blow moulding machinery (SBM), according to the latest full electric technology.
With the recent COVID-19 Pandemic emergency, the Group was recognized as one of the essential activities allowed to continue to work.
That is why Meccanoplastica had the chance to serve the following crucial sector with its own technologies:
– Pharma sector: through its full electric IBM machine model JET55/L (= 55 Tons as total clamping force), Meccanoplastica helped a customer in India to provide on the market 10 Ml. LDPE eye-drop containers produced by its Injection-blow moulding machine;
– Detergency sector: through its full electric SBM two-stage machine model MIPET-1P (= up to 2 Lit. bottles – 1-cavity mould), Meccanoplastica helped a customer in Italy to provide the market with 100 Ml. PET “sanitizing hands” containers produced by its stretch-blow moulding machine;
– Food sector: through its full electric EBM machine model HE480/D (= up to 5 Lit. double station machine), Meccanoplastica helped Danone factory in Morocco to provide the market with 300 Ml. HDPE milk containers produced by its Extrusion-Blow Moulding machine.
Talking widely about the food sector application, the full electric double-station extrusion-blow moulding machine model HE480/D was arranged for Danone.
The machine it is a 12 Tons as mould clamping power – 480 mm. as carriage stroke.
It was equipped with a 6+6 cavities moulds to reach the required production of 6,000 bph of a 15 gr. 300 ml. HDPE round container, with “dome” to be cut at the end of the set of bottle’s collecting belts by a rotary trimmer (manufactured and supplied by Meccanoplastica Group, as well).
