Un esempio significativo è rappresentato dall’installazione recentemente realizzata presso un importante produttore di succhi di frutta nel Middle East. Il sistema fornito è progettato per applicare etichette fronte-retro su flaconi da 1.000 ml e 1.700 ml, gestendo con precisione due formati differenti.
Il cuore dell’impianto è costituito da quattro teste etichettatrici ALritma, configurate in modalità non-stop, che permettono una produttività di circa 10.000 unità/ora. Questa configurazione garantisce la continuità del processo: al termine di un rotolo, il sistema inibisce automaticamente la testa attiva e avvia quella gemella, consentendo all’operatore la sostituzione del materiale senza interrompere il ciclo di lavoro.
Il flusso dei prodotti è regolato da due coclee di trasporto e distanziamento, che alimentano il sistema garantendo la corretta separazione dei flaconi. Un contro tappeto superiore mantiene stabile il contenitore durante l’etichettatura, assicurando la massima precisione. Il controllo dell’intero sistema è affidato a un touchscreen HMI da 7”, che offre un’interfaccia utente intuitiva e facilmente accessibile, con un ottimo bilanciamento tra compattezza e leggibilità.
Completano l’impianto due barriere ottiche di sicurezza, posizionate in prossimità delle coclee, progettate per arrestare automaticamente il sistema nel caso in cui un corpo estraneo attraversi l’area protetta, garantendo così la massima sicurezza operativa.

Today, the beverage industry is one of the cornerstones of the packaging sector, characterized by an extraordinary variety of products – bottles, cans, vials, and containers in all shapes and sizes. In this context, ALTECH, a globally recognized leader in material identification and labelling innovation, stands out for its cutting-edge, reliable, and versatile systems, designed to deliver high performance across a wide range of formats.
Among the solutions tailored for the beverage sector is the ALline labelling system – a modular and expandable platform that combines robust and flexible mechanics with top-level performance. A particularly noteworthy installation was recently completed at a major fruit juice producer in the Middle East. The ALline system installed applies front-and-back labels on juice bottles in two different sizes: 1,000 ml and 1,700 ml.
At the core of the system are four ALritma labelling heads, operating in non-stop mode, enabling a production rate of approximately 10,000 units per hour. This configuration ensures continuous operation: when a label roll nears its end, the system automatically disables the active head and activates its counterpart, allowing the operator to replace the depleted roll without halting production.
Products are conveyed through the system by two spacing screws, which guide and separate the bottles. A top stabilizing belt ensures precise positioning during the labelling process. The entire system is managed via a 7-inch HMI touchscreen, providing an intuitive and accessible interface that strikes a perfect balance between compactness and readability.
To complete the setup, two safety light curtains are installed near the spacing screws, one on each side, designed to stop the system immediately if a foreign object enters the protected area, thus ensuring maximum operational safety.
